Enquiry
Employers contact us via email with questions about the workers they need. Employer is expected to include a detailed job description and all the necessary details about the entire process. The employer's demand letter will be forwarded to the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE), Nepal, for pre-approval of the hiring process.
Interview
During the interview process, candidates who pass the pre-screening and pre-interview stages will be invited for a final interview on a set day. This interview will be carried out by either the employer's representatives or our company's recruitment officers.
Medical
We carefully examine chosen individuals at approved government facilities to ensure their well-being. All the necessary vaccinations are provided. Our company takes every precaution to ensure the highest levels of health and safety for all.
Screening
Once the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) approves recruitment, we begin advertising on different platforms. Applicants can submit their applications via postal mail, fax, email, or our online platform. Our recruitment officers then conduct certain assessments to select the deserving candidates.
Travel Arrangement
Our specialized travel agency is there to offer complete support, guaranteeing a hassle-free journey for each candidate once they receive final approval. Our dedicated travel guide will ensure smooth transportation.
Visa
VisaAfter receiving Employment Visa from the Employer/Embassy, the candidate needs to attend orientation classes to secure final approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) in Nepal. These classes will cover your job duties, work environment, labor regulations, and the culture of the country..
